Clay pot pedestal table

This lovely little pedestal of stacked clay pots lives in a garden in East Dallas.   Sometimes the simplest ideas make a great statement.

Elegant, artful and so easy to make - all DIYers reading now are making a mental note of clay pots on hand and pots to buy.  I can picture the top full of small succulents.  Keep the ideas coming.

Spectacular Shrimp Plant

Do you believe this Shrimp Plant is in my back yard?  I fertilized it yesterday so it will be even more beautiful soon.

Last spring I went to Sams at 10:30 am to have my tires rotated assuming it would take about 15 minutes.  Don’t assume.  So I wandered and found this shrimp plant.  So unusual and cool.  Check it out nearly a year later.  It’s by the back door and stops me to admire it every day.  My treasure.
